What is the value of diversity in engineering?

From the Warren Centre for Advanced Engineering comes the inspirational look into the lives of female engineering students. They’ve fought against being the only girl in their computing class in high school, through to being the only girl in their university course. These female engineering students are using their perceived weaknesses, e.g. caring, empathy to their advantage.
